Shipping policy

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Domestic Shipping:
Standard First-Class/Ground Advantage (5-7 Business Days)
Priority (1-3 Business Days)
Priority Mail Express (Overnight)


International Shipping:
International Standard (2-4 weeks)
International Express (1-2 weeks)

When ordering outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported into the destination country. An international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees.These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs clearance may cause delays outside of the original transit window, and Market 33 Co. is not responsible for any additional fees and/or delays. If a shipment is refused due to additional fees that may be applicable, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Local Delivery to Walt Disney World Orlando Resort hotels. Send me an email to set up a time and the
information. Drop-off is $20

2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 7 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. If you'd like your order processed faster, please add on a Rush My Order to your purchase. Once the item has been
handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

3. CANCELLATIONS
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about your pending order, please feel free to contact me.

4. DELAYED ORDERS
Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier
for the item's status. 

5. DAMAGED ORDERS
Market 33 Co. is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the
shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to me and I'll do my best to assist you in a replacement for insured packages.
