Shipping & Return Policy

Order Fulfillment Time

We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, and all orders have up to a 7 business days processing time. During high-volume periods, processing time may extend up to 10 business days. Orders are processed in the order they're received. When your shipping label is printed, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

If you add a Rush My Order to your order, this will boost your processing time to be shipped within 3 business days. If you're in a time-crunch, we recommend also choosing Priority shipping at checkout. Orders eligible for free shipping will be utilizing the standard Ground shipping method. Keep this in mind!

 

Lost, Stolen, and Damaged Packages

Market 33 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, we'll be happy to assist with any potential problems that may arise. For packages marked as delivered to the correct address, we recommend contacting your local post office and carrier about the location of your package. Sometimes, packages marked as delivered may take up to 48 hours to show up. If it still doesn't arrive, we can assist you in filing a claim with USPS. If the postal service deems your package as stolen, orders are not eligible for a store credit. Damaged packages may be eligible depending on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with a photo if this happens within 72 hours of delivery. Additional services (such as Rush my Order, Resort Drop-off, or the Shipping Protection fee itself) are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

 

Shipping Protection

Automatically offered at checkout, taking advantage of our Shipping Protection offers coverage for lost, stolen, and damaged packages. Each order with Shipping Protection covers one replacement for the order or a store credit. A refund may be issued dependent on the USPS claims report outcome. Orders without Shipping Protection added will not be eligible for these benefits. Additional services (such as Rush my Order, Resort Drop-off, or the Shipping Protection fee itself) are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
