Refund policy
All sales are final, and returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However, packages lost in transit are subject to a claim filing and response from the appropriate carrier prior to a replacement or refund at the shop owner's digression. Tracking may take up to 72 hours to update on shipping carrier's website. Packages damaged in transit may be eligible for a replacement or refund within 3 days of delivery at the shop owner's discretion after being provided a photo for evidential purposes.
